Settings

These settings tell RestockRadar how your supply chain works so it can warn you before you run out. You can set a manual minimum on individual products from their card on the dashboard.
Warehouse scope

Shelf caps apply to this Shopify location. If you add more locations later, choose the one RestockRadar should plan against.

How long it typically takes from placing an order until new stock arrives on your shelf.

A safety cushion on top of delivery time, in case a supplier is late or sales spike unexpectedly.

How many days of stock each reorder should cover. Bigger numbers mean fewer, larger orders.

Email alerts
Get a summary email when items need reordering.

Real-time sends alerts as items trip their reorder point. Digests send one consolidated summary, grouped by supplier.

Optional. Paste an incoming-webhook URL to post alerts to a Slack channel.

Plan

Manual reorder minimum

Alert me when stock drops to or below this number. This overrides the automatic calculation — useful for items without sales history, seasonal products, or anything you want a hard safety net on. The shelf cap limits the final order recommendation after on-hand and incoming units are counted.

Set a primary warehouse in Settings before adding a cap.
